With Business Yoga you counteract classic office complaints, reduce stress and gain new clarity for your work. The exercises are suitable for everyone and can be done flexibly at the desk or during work breaks.

What is Business Yoga?

Business yoga is like a meeting with yourself, giving your body and mind more clarity, balance, serenity and satisfaction in the often very stressful workday. The yoga exercises have a positive effect on typical office ailments, such as tension and back pain, and can be easily integrated into your daily work routine. Business Yoga is suitable for every target group, previous knowledge is not necessary. The exercises are effective and have a stress-reducing and concentration-enhancing effect after only a short time.

You can do Business Yoga either in comfortable work clothes at your workplace (e.g. during your lunch break) or outside your workplace on your yoga mat. Taking the time for a yoga break is worth it, because afterwards you can return to your work with a clear mind, balanced and relaxed.

  • Simple and effective exercises for loosening, mobilization and stretching of the entire body
  • In office/everyday clothes, standing or sitting on a chair
  • Possible at different times of the day, e.g. in the morning, as an active lunch/coffee break or at the end of the day
  • No previous experience necessary

Business Fit Yoga Course – Yoga classes on the mat

Key data:

  • Duration: 1 course with 10 units of 60 minutes each
  • Frequency: Weekly
  • Format: Online
  • Number of participants: min. 5, max. 15 persons
  • Price: 1.300 € plus VAT / per course
  • Language: German

Contents and procedure

  • More intensive sessions on individually agreed topics (e.g. yoga for stress management, BackFit Yoga)
  • Effective exercises including beginning and end relaxation
  • In comfortable sports/yoga clothing, away from the desk
  • Specially tailored to the level (beginner, advanced) and the respective needs

Well Fit-Connect Workshop – Team events to motivate and deepen

  • Duration: 3-4 hours
  • Frequency: every 3-6 months
  • Format: online or on-site
  • Number of participants: min. 5, max. 15 persons

Contents and procedure

  • Half-day workshops on individually tailored topics (e.g. stress management, mindfulness in everyday life, healthy boundaries, etc.) around holistic health and well-being.
  • In-depth exercises, impulses and methods for everyday life from the areas of yoga, qi gong, breathing techniques, meditation and self-massage
  • Open exchange in the team about status, progress, obstacles, goals and wishes
  • Space for individual questions from the practice
  • In comfortable sports/yoga clothing, standing or sitting on a chair/mat
