As a sparring partner at eye level, we support companies in making their HR function fit for the future. With our structured HR Health Check, we analyse the organizational fitness of the HR department – well-founded, solution-oriented and practical.

What we check

As part of the Health Check, we examine five key dimensions that are crucial for modern and effective HR:

Vision

How clear is the long-term vision for HR?
Is the HR vision inspiring, understandable and supported by everyone?

Strategy

How concrete is the path to implementing this vision?
Is there a clear HR strategy with prioritized fields of action and coordinated measures?

Culture

How is collaboration and communication practiced in the team? What values characterize daily interaction?

Organization

Are roles, responsibilities and interfaces effectively defined and implemented?

Processes & Systems

How efficient are recruiting, onboarding, employee development etc.? Where is there potential for optimization – especially with regard to automation?

Digitalization

Which tools and technologies are currently being used? Where is there potential for further digital improvement?

This is how we proceed…

  1. Preparatory questionnaire: We send out a short questionnaire in advance to gain an initial assessment of the current situation.
  2. Half-day workshop: Together with HR and relevant stakeholders, we analyze strengths and weaknesses along the five dimensions.
  3. Roadmap with fields of action: Together we prioritize the most important topics and develop a roadmap with concrete measures.
  4. Optional: in-depth: If required, we offer in-depth workshops – e.g. on topics such as digital HR transformation or change management.
