I accompany and advise organisations and teams in growth and change phases. Through my international scaling experience at IDnow (from 10 employees to 650 within six years), my focus is primarily on fast-growing companies. In addition, my work as a coach and trainer provides me with versatile perspectives and expertise. My work is characterised by appreciation, empathy and goal orientation.
