Our approach

As systemic coaches, we look at the interaction of people, structures and rituals. It is about the interaction of the acting persons in a social system. The methods of systemic coaching are future-, solution- and resource-oriented. The basic question is: What goal do you want to and can you achieve with the means at your disposal?

Individual Coaching

In individual coaching, we look at you as an individual as well as part of the social environment in which you operate. By taking different perspectives, we work together to find a solution to a specific problem and/or guide you through a phase.

Team coaching

In team coaching, we guide you and your team on issues related to team building, team strategy and planning. We teach proven approaches to conflict resolution and help significantly improve team performance and collaboration.

Leadership Coaching

In leadership coaching, we specifically address the challenges that have arisen as a result of your (new) leadership role. In a close and trusting dialogue, we develop strategies for dealing constructively with your own personal “construction sites”, for developing your own authentic leadership style and letting it take effect, and for growing in difficult situations.
