Behind the scenes of a company there are always people and their individual needs and values that drive them. My job is to recognize, align and optimally coordinate these within the company and to develop feasible, realistic and resource-saving strategies. I focus on people and communication both in acute conflict situations and in preventive conflict management or strategy development for stalled (change) processes.

I combine my creative attitude and general thirst for knowledge with my enthusiasm for structure and analysis – this enables me to familiarize myself quickly and easily with new issues and to recognize and evaluate contingencies.
